of Online Favourites are provided with a capability to store, sort and administer
bookmarked sites for the specific purpose of browsing on the internet. This
service is free of charge. You agree that the services provided by Online
Favourites are for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial
purposes or distributed commercially without our permission. Your use of
Online Favourites carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trademarks
or other intellectual property rights in Online Favourites. It is the members responsibility to a) provide all equipment, including computer and modem, necessary for connection to the internet, and b) pay all connection and telephone charges that arise from the use of the internet. In consideration for this service, the member agrees to provide updated information as prompted to do so by this service. The member grants Online Favourites to disclose this information to third parties. However this information will not include member's name, mailing address, email address account and phone number, unless: 1 The member has authorised Online Favourites to do so. 2 Online Favourites is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process being served against Online Favourites. |

of your password and account. You are also entirely responsible for all
the activities that occur in your account. You must notify us immediately
of any unauthorised use of which you become aware. |

no responsibility for any damage to members computer systems as a result
of downloading such material. We do not accept responsibility for any defects
that may exist or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential
losses arising from your use of or inability to access Online Favourites.
You are responsible for making your own backup arrangements. Online Favourites
is provided without any warranties or guarantees. |

administrative, legal and or technical charges that may arise from such

not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, copy, dismantle or otherwise
attempt to derive the source code from Online Favourite software. |
